各位博士后、合作導師：

根據中國博士后科學(xué)基金會(huì )《中國博士后科學(xué)基金資助申請指南(2023年度)》，中國博士后科學(xué)基金第5批特別資助（站前）申報時(shí)間已確定。

特別資助（站前）是為吸引新近畢業(yè)的國內外優(yōu)秀博士進(jìn)站，在自然科學(xué)前沿領(lǐng)域從事創(chuàng )新研究實(shí)施的資助。由專(zhuān)家會(huì )議評審確定資助對象。2023 年資助約 400 人，資助標準為 18 萬(wàn)元。

　　我臺申報工作安排如下，請各位在站博士后積極申報。

According to the guide of China Postdoctoral Science Fund, 2023 《中國博士后科學(xué)基金資助申請指南(2023年度)》, the application for the No.5 Special Funding(Pre-Station) in SHAO is as followed:

一、 申報截止時(shí)間: 2023年3月31日

Deadline: March 31, 2023

二、 申報條件

1、年齡不超過(guò)35周歲（1987年3月31日后出生），具有良好的科研潛質(zhì)和學(xué)術(shù)道德，無(wú)科研失信行為。

2、近三年獲得博士學(xué)位的博士、2023年度應屆博士畢業(yè)生和新近進(jìn)站的博士后研究人員可申報。2023年度應屆博士畢業(yè)生優(yōu)先。其中，應屆博士畢業(yè)生在申報時(shí)須已滿(mǎn)足博士學(xué)位論文答辯的基本要求；新近進(jìn)站的博士后研究人員的博士學(xué)位獲得時(shí)間須為2022年1月1日（含）以后，且進(jìn)站不超過(guò)4個(gè)月。

3、近三年獲得博士學(xué)位的博士和2023年度應屆博士畢業(yè)生在申報前需選定博士后合作導師，與合作導師商定初步研究計劃，已參加上海天文臺博士后進(jìn)站考核，并獲得我臺擬同意錄取意見(jiàn)。合作導師應為知名專(zhuān)家，學(xué)術(shù)造詣深厚。

4、新近進(jìn)站的博士后研究人員須依托所在博士后科研流動(dòng)站、工作站進(jìn)行申請，不得變更合作導師。

5、入選人員須全脫產(chǎn)從事博士后研究工作。

6、入選國家各類(lèi)博士后派出類(lèi)項目的人員（學(xué)術(shù)交流類(lèi)除外）不得申請。

7、 不允許申報涉密項目。

8、 申報項目須為下表中規定的研究方向。

Qualifications:

(1) Under 35 years of age (born after March 31, 1987), with good research potential and academic ethics.           

(2) Doctors who have received doctoral degrees in the previous three years, fresh doctoral graduates in 2023 and current in-station postdoctoral researchers are eligible for application. Fresh doctoral graduates in 2023 are preferred. Among them, Fresh doctoral graduates in 2023 must have met the basic requirements for the defense of the doctoral dissertation at the time of application; postdoctoral researchers who recently enter the station are required to obtain their doctoral degrees after January 1, 2022, and enter the station no more than 4 months.

(3) Doctors who have received doctoral degrees in the previous three years and fresh doctoral graduates in 2023 need to select their postdoctoral tutors before applying, agree on preliminary research plans with their tutors, and get the admission from SHAO. Tutors should be well-known experts with profound academic attainments.

(4) Postdoctoral researchers who recently enter the station must rely on their postdoctoral station for application, and may not change their tutors.

(5) All the selected personnel shall be engaged in full-time postdoctoral research.

(6) The candidates for all kinds of postdoctoral international exchange programs (except academic exchange programs) organized and implemented by the China National Postdoctoral Council shall not apply.

(7) Application shall not be made for secret-associated programs.

(8) The program applied for shall fall under the research direction stipulated in the Guide.

三、 申請材料及要求Materials and Requirement details

1、申請材料：

    （1）《中國博士后科學(xué)基金特別資助（站前）申請書(shū)》、身份材料、學(xué)術(shù)及科研成果材料、《博士導師推薦意見(jiàn)表》、《博士后合作導師推薦意見(jiàn)表》。

（2）身份材料。已獲得博士學(xué)位的申請人須提供博士學(xué)位證、畢業(yè)證掃描件；應屆博士畢業(yè)生須提供學(xué)生證、博士學(xué)位論文答辯決議書(shū)或博士論文預答辯通知書(shū)掃描件（如無(wú)預答辯通知書(shū)，須提供學(xué)校學(xué)位主管部門(mén)或所在院系出具的相關(guān)證明）。

（3）學(xué)術(shù)及科研成果材料。代表申請人最高學(xué)術(shù)水平和科研成果的論文、專(zhuān)著(zhù)、專(zhuān)利或獎勵等，可以從以上類(lèi)型材料中任選，但總數不超過(guò)3個(gè)。論文提供全文，專(zhuān)著(zhù)提供目錄和摘要，專(zhuān)利或獎勵提供證書(shū)掃描件。

2、具體要求：

自3月1日起，申請人登錄中國博士后科學(xué)基金會(huì )網(wǎng)站“中國博士后科學(xué)基金管理信息系統”，按要求填寫(xiě)相關(guān)信息，《申請書(shū)》系統自動(dòng)生成。

上傳身份材料、學(xué)術(shù)及科研成果材料、《博士導師推薦意見(jiàn)表》和《博士后合作導師推薦意見(jiàn)表》掃描件，并在線(xiàn)提交。

Materials:

(1) Application form <中國博士后科學(xué)基金特別資助（站前）申請書(shū)>,  identity materials and certification documentsof scientific achievements，form《博士導師推薦意見(jiàn)表》and《博士后合作導師推薦意見(jiàn)表》(recommendation letters from PhD supervisor and postdoctoral supervisor).

(2) Identity material means the PhD diploma or certificate for thesis defense result if you just finish the defense but not receive the diploma.

(3) Scientific achievement documents include published papers, patent certificates, awards or honors certificates, etc. No more 3 items.

Upload the scan of identity materials, scientific achievements documents, recommendation letters from PhD supervisor and postdoctoral supervisor in the system and submit.
