各位在站博士后：

根據中國博士后科學(xué)基金會(huì )《中國博士后科學(xué)基金資助申請指南(2023年度)》，中國博士后科學(xué)基金第16批特別資助（站中）申報時(shí)間已確定。

特別資助（站中）是為了激勵在站博士后研究人員增強創(chuàng )新能力，對表現優(yōu)秀的博士后研究人員實(shí)施的資助，由專(zhuān)家會(huì )議評審確定資助對象。2023 年資助人數約800 人；資助標準為自然科學(xué)18 萬(wàn)元。

　　我臺申報工作安排如下，請各位在站博士后積極申報。

According to the guide of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, 2023<中國博士后科學(xué)基金資助申請指南(2023年度)>, the application for the No.16 Special Fund(In-Station) in SHAO is as followed:

一、 申報截止時(shí)間:

站中資助：2023年3月31日

Deadline: March 31, 2023

二、 申報條件Qualifications

　　1、進(jìn)站滿(mǎn)4個(gè)月。

2、已取得突出的科研成果，或在項目成果轉化方面已取得好的成效，無(wú)科研失信行為。

3、發(fā)展潛力大，在站期間的研究工作表現出較強的創(chuàng )新能力。

4、申請項目應具有突出的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值或創(chuàng )新性。

5、申請項目可以是獲得中國博士后科學(xué)基金面上資助項目的延續和深化，但必須有創(chuàng )新點(diǎn)或創(chuàng )新成果。

6、由設站單位、有關(guān)省(市、區)或部門(mén)擇優(yōu)推薦。流動(dòng)站設站單位及北京市非市屬工作站設站單位負責組織本單位的推薦，按各單位在站博士后人數的1/20推薦，不足20人的，推薦1人（本臺可推薦2人）。

7、具備下列條件之一的博士后研究人員，可優(yōu)先推薦：獲得中國博士后科學(xué)基金面上資助、國家自然科學(xué)基金或國家社會(huì )科學(xué)基金等資助，作為主要研究人員參加國家重大科技項目，獲得省部級以上科技獎勵或學(xué)術(shù)榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號，單位重點(diǎn)培養的學(xué)術(shù)技術(shù)帶頭人或后備人才。

8、每位博士后研究人員每站只能獲批一次。對在當批次資助結果發(fā)布之前出（退）站的博士后研究人員不予資助。

9、特別資助（站前）的人員不可申請。入選國家各類(lèi)博士后派出類(lèi)項目的人員（學(xué)術(shù)交流類(lèi)除外），在完成派出工作或提前結束國（境）外研究工作后，繼續在國內開(kāi)展博士后研究工作的，由所在設站單位出具證明后可申請。

10、不允許申報涉密項目。

Postdocs been in SHAO for more than 4 months can apply for this fund.

Once you obtained a Special Fund before, you cannot apply for more.

If you end up your postdoc contract and departure before the application result is released, then the award will be canceled.

Secret-associated projects are not allowed.

三、 申請材料及要求Materials and Requirements

1、申請材料Materials：

《中國博士后科學(xué)基金特別資助（站中）申請書(shū)》、科研成果材料。

《申請書(shū)》由“中國博士后科學(xué)基金管理信息系統”生成。學(xué)術(shù)及科研成果材料須為代表申請人最高學(xué)術(shù)水平和科研成果的論文、專(zhuān)著(zhù)、專(zhuān)利或獎勵等，可以從以上類(lèi)型材料中任選，但總數不超過(guò)3個(gè)。其中：論文提供全文，專(zhuān)著(zhù)提供目錄和摘要，專(zhuān)利或獎勵提供證書(shū)掃描件。

Application form <中國博士后科學(xué)基金特別資助申請書(shū)>,  certification documents of your scientific achievements (including the scientific or academic award, patent certificate, honorary titles, published papers, etc.), no more than 3 achievements.

Application form <中國博士后科學(xué)基金特別資助申請書(shū)> should be created from the system.

2、單位遴選

3月20日前，臺組織開(kāi)展遴選工作，根據申報名額等額產(chǎn)生推薦人選：2人。

Before March 20, Shao will organize the selection work, and recommend two candidates according to the number of applicants.

3、申請材料的提交Submission：

3月31日前，推薦候選人登錄中國博士后科學(xué)基金會(huì )網(wǎng)站“中國博士后科學(xué)基金管理信息系統”，按要求填寫(xiě)相關(guān)信息，在線(xiàn)提交。

注意事項：

外籍人員應在組內人員協(xié)助下準備申請材料。

Before March 31, candidates log in the foundation system “中國博士后科學(xué)基金管理信息系統” http://jj.chinapostdoctor.org.cn/auth/login.html?usertype=bsh— (If you don’t remember your ID and password, contact Yang Jun)—— fill in the application information —upload the file in the system online and submit.
